You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and current information when registering, and to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
All purchases through HenovaFresh are processed via secure, cashless payment systems. We accept card payments and digital payment methods as available at each machine or online. By completing a purchase, you confirm you are authorised to use the selected payment method.
Due to the fresh and perishable nature of our products, all sales are final once a smoothie has been dispensed. If a machine fails to dispense your order after payment, please contact our support team immediately with your order reference for a full review and resolution.
All content, trademarks, logos, product names, designs, and technology associated with HenovaFresh Ltd are the exclusive intellectual property of HenovaFresh Ltd. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any of our intellectual property without prior written consent.
HenovaFresh Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, machines, or platform. Our liability is limited to the value of the specific transaction in question. We make no warranties regarding uninterrupted access to our machines or platform.
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. HenovaFresh Ltd also operates under applicable Nigerian law for services delivered within Nigeria.
